Conveyancing Clerk

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in conveyancing (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply for junior roles)
• Familiar with conveyancing procedures, relevant documents, and bank portals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (any other language or dialects are an advantage)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, yet a team player
• Responsible, detail‑oriented, and able to manage deadlines
• Not bankrupt or convicted of any offence

Responsibilities

• Handle conveyancing files from start to finish, including sale and purchase agreements, transfers, loan documentation, and perfection of transfer/charge, entry & withdrawal of caveats, RPGT submissions, online adjudications et cetera.
