Conveyancing Clerk

Ng Choo Beng R. Naidu & Partners is an established legal firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conveyancing Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling conveyancing matters efficiently and independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle conveyancing files from initial stage until completion including subsale and project cases, estate matters, tenancy, bank loan documentation, etc>Prepare and attend to Sale & Purchase Agreements, loan documentation, discharge of charge, perfection of transfer/charge, and related matters
• Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, agents, and relevant authorities
• Conduct title and property searches, prepare submission documents, and follow up on approvals
• Ensure all documentation is properly filed and deadlines are met
