The role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be managing Qld residential conveyancing files from start to finish.  Your duties will include -

• Dealing with the clients, Agents, Brokers and other Solicitors
• Contract perusal, on line searches,
• Following up on outstanding conditions,
• Settlement statements, PEXA settlements
• and general file management duties.

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 4 years Qld Conveyancing Paralegal experience.
