Job Description

Location: Brooklyn Area, Pretoria
Salary: Market related depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (including 30-minute lunch break)

Minimum Requirements


  • 2+ years’ experience as a Conveyancing Secretary

  • Strong experience with transfers, bond registrations, and cancellations

  • Proficient in conveyancing software systems

  • Excellent administrative and organisational abilities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Professional telephone etiquette and client service skills

  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments and deadlines
