A well-established Law Firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary with a strong background in Property Transfers, particularly within the Distressed Property Sector.

Minimum requirements:

• ABSA Help-U-Sell transfers


• ABSA Sheriff transfers


• ABSA legal bond cancellations


• Standard Bank EasySell transfers


• Liquidation transfers


• Conveyancing systems: DM11 and E4

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Transfer registrations and related transactions


• Ensuring compliance with Bank’s processing guidelines


• Liaising with Banks, Clients, and Attorneys to facilitate Transfer and Bond Cancellation transactions
