The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Conveyancing Specialist to join our Contract Services Conveyancing team within Group Legal & Risk. In this role, you’ll manage the conveyancing process alongside our off-shore strategic partner to meet sales and settlement targets, while delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external customers. Manage the conveyancing process alongside our off-shore strategic partner.

Prepare and administer contracts and related documents, including variations, extensions, cancellations, and terminations.

Review and approve terms, manage dates, conditions, obligations, rights, and disclosures.

Coordinate Stockland’s contract execution process for smooth and timely completion.

Distribute and store documents in line with correct processes.
