We’re looking for a Senior Conveyancing Specialist to join our Contract Services Conveyancing team within Group Legal & Risk. In this role, you’ll manage the conveyancing process alongside our off-shore strategic partner to meet sales and settlement targets, while delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external customers.
What You’ll Do

• Manage the conveyancing process alongside our off-shore strategic partner.
• Prepare and administer contracts and related documents, including variations, extensions, cancellations, and terminations.
• Review and approve terms, manage dates, conditions, obligations, rights, and disclosures.
• Coordinate Stockland’s contract execution process for smooth and timely completion.
• Distribute and store documents in line with correct processes.
