What the day will look like

• Subregion COO - manages the Subregion operations by directing and coordinating activities and resources consistent with established goals (Latam region/subregion). Provides the leadership, management and vision to ensure we have the proper resources, controls and systems to effectively grow the organization, excel in the services, increase operating efficiency and maintain financial strength
• Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Sub-region ensuring accomplishment of defined KPIs, strategic initiatives and local/corporate compliance
• Develop, in collaboration with Subregion Executive Committee and Regional ABS team, an annual operating plan that supports the Aon´s long term operations strategy
