The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, you will lead operational strategy, scale our infrastructure and teams, and drive efficiency across operations, technology, and client services. You will oversee the optimization of cloud systems, business processes, and organizational growth while collaborating with executive leadership to deliver exceptional results. This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) at our downtown Toronto office.
