**Description:**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Prepare and produce all food items in accordance with Hyatt’s quality standards and specifications.
+ Set up the cooking line for daily meal service and properly break down and clean the station after service.
+ Cook and prepare menu items as ordered by the wait staff, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
+ Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety throughout all kitchen operations.

+ Prior experience or knowledge in pizza preparation is preferred
+ A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
+ A desire to exceed guest's expectation
