The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food according to established recipes, standards, and safety guidelines. The role requires maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring timely meal preparation, and working cooperatively with kitchen staff to deliver an excellent dining experience.

• Prepare, season, and cook food items according to recipes and production schedules.
• Set up and stock workstations with necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality and presentation standards.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries using proper stock rotation (FIFO).
