We are a vibrant Malaysia-style food stall (Non-Halal) serving crowd favourites such as Char Kway Teow, Curry Noodles, and Nasi Lemak with a proven track record in Malaysia. We pride ourselves on authentic flavours, fresh ingredients, and fast, friendly service. Our mission is to bring the authentic taste of Malaysian street food to Singapore and we are looking for passionate team members to join and grow with us. Our first mini restaurant will be opening in 313 Somerset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Malaysian dishes
• Ensure consistency in taste , quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and food preparation areas
• Maintain portion control and manage food wastage
• Manage kitchen workflow and ensure timely service
