Cook- Full time

KARAN'S INDIAN RESTAURANT is looking for a qualified and experienced cook to join our business on a full-time basis. Salary on offer is $75000-$80000 plus super, depending on experience.

Duties Include

Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment;

1. Preparing and cooking food;
2. Seasoning food during cooking;
3. Portioning food, placing it on plates and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes;
4. Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities;
5. Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements;
6. Cleaning and following health and safety procedures

To be considered for this position, you must:

1. have previous experience in the industry or in a similar role (at least 2-3 years)
