The heart of the Aurrum hospitality ethos, is to ensure the resident's genuine care and comfort through a high-quality dining experience every day. All cuisine served in Aurrum's dining rooms is prepared from scratch in our onsite state-of-the-art kitchens using quality produce sourced fresh, locally and in season.
