Culinary Services Group is hiring immediately for a full time **COOK** position.

+ **Location** : Arizona State Hospital - 2500 East Van Buren Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008.
+ **Schedule** : Full time schedule. 4:00 am to 1:30 pm and 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, days may vary. More details upon interview.
+ **Requirement** : 2 years of previous cooking experience is preferred.
+ **Fixed Pay Rate** : $22.01 per hour
