The exciting opportunity

• Permanent part time role working

• Week 1: Wednesday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
• Week 2: Thursday and Friday 9am – 5.30pm

• Based at our 61-bed Grafton aged care facility 
• Report into the Chef and work with a team of Kitchen Hands
• Prepare and cook food in line with cyclic menus, standard recipes, food texture modification and portion sizes
• Ensure that resident's individual menu choices are met, including any special dietary requirements
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment through cleaning and safe food storage
