cook / kitchen crew

We are expanding our evening-service concept and looking for an experienced cook / kitchen crew to join our central kitchen team. You will help deliver high-quality burgers, pastas, pizzas, and Asian-style dishes under a Western café setup.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in culinary/restaurant environment
• Strong background in Western or café-style cuisine
• Able to work evening shifts
• Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills
• Positive working attitude and passion for quality food

Responsibilities

• Lead and support kitchen operations during evening service
• Prepare and execute menu items consistently in taste, quality, and presentation
• Maintain hygiene, and food safety standards (central kitchen)
• Assist with menu development and new outlet rollouts
• Ensure smooth service from 5 PM – 12 AM daily
