Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in hotel or restaurant kitchen
Good knowledge of Continental and Pakistani cooking
Basic understanding of food preparation, sauces, grilling, curries, and plating
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
Strong hygiene and food safety practices
Team-oriented and willing to learn
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing Continental and Pakistani dishes
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
