• Prepare and assemble sushi rolls and menu items according to established recipes.
• Prepare ingredients, including cutting vegetables and portioning fish and proteins.
• Cook hot menu items such as tempura, rice dishes, and noodles.
• Prepare sushi rice and assist with sauces and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
• Follow food safety procedures when handling raw and cooked foods.
