This individual is responsible to food production in all areas of the department. A knowledge of all methods of cookery is required for this position. The individual must be able to produce a quality, eye appealing product within an allotted amount of time. Performs related duties as assigned. Position Details: Qualifications Education: None. Licensure: Food Handler within 180 days. Experience: 2 or more years of food service experience preffered Certifications: None.
