Job Description
Ensure every dish maintains consistent taste, color, aroma, and presentation according to the company’s recipe standards.
Manage preparation of raw ingredients — including cleaning, cutting, marinating, and organizing ingredients before cooking.
Ensure raw ingredients are sufficient and report to the supervisor when stock is running low.
Control cooking temperature, timing, and methods to ensure dishes are perfectly cooked.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and neatness of the kitchen area at all times.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned after use and stored properly.
Comply with all food safety, personal hygiene, and kitchen operation SOPs.
Report directly to the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
Qualification
- Experienced in cooking traditional East Coast dishes.
