Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and approved menus
• Follow prescribed therapeutic and special diets as directed by the dietitian
• Ensure food quality, proper portioning, and timely meal preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas
• Adhere to food safety, infection control, and hygiene standards
• Monitor food temperatures and proper storage of ingredients
• Assist in menu planning and food inventory control
• Report equipment malfunctions and food safety concerns promptly
• Coordinate with dietary staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications:
