JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare food (vegetables, fruits, meats, etc.).
• Prepare and cook various foods for the preparation of dishes, sandwiches and salads for sale at the counter or to take away according to Première Moisson recipes and appropriate cooking techniques.
• Ensure the rotation of stocks of raw materials.
• Apply the quality, hygiene, health and safety standards established by Première Moisson.
