Nature of the work
The cooks prepare and cook the food. They can also perform the same functions as the dishwashers. The kitchen helpers are included in this work group.
Main functions
Applies the health regulations as to cleanliness;
Applies the safety regulations;
Applies WHMIS;
Complies with the guidelines related to the proper usage of equipment;
Complies with the guidelines related to the maintenance tasks of the restaurant and equipment;
Ensures constant cleanliness of his or her work area;
Organizes efficiently his or her work area and his or her work;
Complies with Pizza Delight restaurants recipes;
Unpacks and stores the stock in the refrigerators, the storerooms and other storage areas;
Stores the products and preparations according to the probable conservation period;
Complies with preparation time standards;
