Employment Status: Part-time

Starting Hourly Rate: $20.93 per hour

New Hire Schedule: Unit open 5AM-6:30PM, 365 days/year. Must be available for all shifts.

Job Summary

You will supervise Associates in the preparation and distribution of meals as per menu requirements for the Correctional Center.

Responsibilities

• Plan required quantities of ingredients for assigned food production area
• Save a sample meal for the health inspector
• Maintain and complete required Quality Assurance records
• Assist with inventory control including conducting weekly inventory, proper product rotation, and food orders to meet inventory requirements from authorized suppliers
