Job Description
Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Handle daily mise en place including cutting, marinating, sauce preparation, and ingredient portioning.
Quality & Consistency
Ensure consistent taste, aroma, and presentation of all Thai menu items. Maintain high food quality standards at all times.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of workstations and manage stock using FIFO system.
Comply with food safety regulations and kitchen SOPs. Ensure proper handling of ingredients, tools, and equipment.
Teamwork
Work closely with Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service, especially during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Experience in kitchen or F&B environment is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
