Cook Vat Operator Nights

**Job Description**
**General Purpose:**

Make cheese from raw milk

**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Load milk into cook vats
+ Add ingredients to make cheese to customer specifications
+ Take vat samples and pH readings
+ Record ingredient usages
+ Record times, usages, and pH readings on Make Sheet
+ Pump whey pre-draws to Separator operator
+ Pump cheese and Whey to EFV operator
+ Wash and Sanitize cook Vats
+ The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
