YOUR ROLE AS A COOPERATIVE MANAGER
You will be responsible for the strategic and daily management of the employee savings cooperative. This includes overseeing financial services (loans and savings), ensuring strict compliance with Thai cooperative laws, and acting as a connection between the Board of Directors and the cooperative members.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Manage the cooperative's daily business affairs, including supervising staff and implementing administrative controls.
Monitor the cooperative’s investment portfolio, cash flow, and financial stability; ensure accurate reporting of assets, liabilities, and expenditures.
