This position coordinates and assists to the train crew with operational failures or defects on Locomotives and Cars to avoid the delay of trains on line.

Accountabilities

  • Assists train crew with operational failure of cars and locomotives.

  • Coordinates the Technical Assistance on site for full assistance.

  • Drives the matrix communication, rules, processes standards and reporting.
