Goal of the position: Apply sales workshops to support the selection of a new entry to the call center area to streamline the process of hiring and entry into operation through training with the end that they acquire the knowledge and skills in sales to keep the staff covered.
Responsibilities: Functions and main activities Prepare training materials when needed.
Translate training materials when needed.
Provide trainigs sessions (online, onsite) when needed.
Support the supervision of the area in the selection of new staff through a general interview based on the results obtained from a written exam and a test call made in the sales workshop.
Maintain the covered staff of the area, applying weekly sales workshops to new candidates, to identify the skills and aptitudes in the sales area for the selection of new entries to the team.
