Job Description
- Applies varied and moderately complex clerical procedures, methods, and techniques to support business functions and processes.
- Works with team members on certification program related projects and independently supports projects and program related tasks as necessary.
- Creates reports and documents for various projects and directly supports questions regarding processes and procedures
- Independently supports various operations of certification programs.
- May lead portions of the operation of certification programs.
- May lead teams to continuously improve and drive quality into UL's services to internal and external customers.
- Supports the implementation of conformity assessment objectives and operational goals as directed.
- Leads the creation of applications, scope expansions, and preparation for assessments and audits.
