Job Conditions

• Contract type: Project-based (directly hired by the client)
• Salary: COP 5,000,000 – 6,000,000 (depending on profile)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Work modality: 100% on-site in Barranquilla

Requirements

• Conversational English and Mandarin (B2 – C1)
• Experience: 0 to 6 months (junior profiles are welcome)
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills

• Coordinate and manage daily home care visit schedules
• Follow up with patients and caregivers
• Ensure timely coverage of all assigned services
