The Shipping and Logistics Coordinator with Woodtech / Pair will status orders, create packing lists, ship tags, coordinate with vendors, arrange parcel, LTL and FTL shipments as well as international and airfreight.This position requires a high attention to detail, previous freight experience helpful and an ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of progress.The Coordinator is responsible for inventory, warehouse management, freight, logistics, coordinating installations and post-installation service.
**Responsibilities**:- Quotes, arranges, tracks and communicates all shipping and logistic aspects- Ensuring all product for a specific project ships to the client on schedule- Freight Claims and working with operations to replace product lost or damaged in shipping- Tracking and reducing freight costs while maintaining quality shipping service- Quoting Freight to ensure prices quoted are aligned with costs to avoid potential margin erosion- Monitors order status: tr...
