**The Role**



As a Maintenance Coordinator at the Monterrey Distribution Center (CEDIS), you will ensure the operational continuity and reliability of warehouse equipment, infrastructure, and utilities through disciplined execution of the maintenance plan. You will coordinate technicians and contractors, manage the weekly schedule, oversee CMMS data accuracy, and secure effective use of resources to support safe, reliable, and efficient logistics operations.



**What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)**



+ Coordinate and supervise maintenance technicians assigned to the CEDIS.

+ Consolidate and manage the weekly/daily maintenance plan for warehouse equipment (racks, forklifts, conveyors, dock doors, HVAC, utilities).

+ Monitor backlog levels and ensure timely attention to critical work orders.
