**Role Summary**
Minimum experience of two years in Human Resources Recruitment and Selection, Training, Salaries, Relations with Unions and Union Negotiations as well as administration of benefits and expert knowledge in payroll, Mexican taxes and Mexican legislation (LFT, IMSS, STPS), INFONAVIT, NOMS)
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the administration of personnel at the different levels of the Organization,
- Plan and ensure the training of new employees to foster a positive attitude towards the company.
- Maintains records, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations, employee statistics
- Maintains personnel files for discipline reports, etc.
