**The Role**



As the Security & Asset Protection Coordinator, you will ensure the protection of people, assets, information, and infrastructure across two Clarios Mexico plants. You will lead the administration of the Security Management System, oversee security personnel and external providers, coordinate corporate audits, and ensure compliance with programs such as CTPAT, OEA, and CASCEM. Through risk analysis, vulnerability assessments, and continuous improvement, you will support internal clients and safeguard operational integrity.



**What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)**



+ Implement, supervise, and continuously improve procedures within the Security Management System across both plants.

+ Coordinate and lead compliance efforts for CTPAT, OEA, CASCEM, including hosting CBP visits.
