• Asegurar que los distintos puntos de venta físicos y virtuales cumplan los objetivos y estándares propuestos por la compañía, fortaleciendo la marca Sony en Colombia y contribuyendo al cumplimiento del Sell Out en los distintos canales y líneas de producto.
• Generar alianzas y eventos necesarios que puedan contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos de la compañía.
• Supervisar que se cumplan las políticas de Marca en Colombia (uso de logo o marcas).
