Coordinator (FDC SNS)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support day-to-day operational activities under the guidance and supervision of the Manager/Supervisor.
• Assist in attending operational meetings with clients and authorities (e.g., DENR, PCG, BFAR, LGUs), with prior notification and supervision of the immediate superior, and prepare comprehensive after-meeting reports.
• Compile, review, and process documentation for applications of permits related to vessels, personnel, and projects (including environmental permits, LGUs, and other regulatory bodies).
• Coordinate and, when required, assist in negotiations with concerned entities in relation to service delivery and project requirements.
• Act as a front-liner of the company by exhibiting professionalism in face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email communications with all stakeholders.
