Job Description

This temporary role (maternity leave coverage) supports core HR processes and helps strengthen employee engagement, culture, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. The position serves as an additional point of contact for employees, ensuring clear communication, smooth coordination, and timely execution of local and regional HR projects. It also provides operational and administrative HR support to maintain compliance, accuracy, and continuity across the function.

Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support for planning, logistics, communication, and execution of internal events such as the Entrepreneurship Fair, Mid-Year Integration, Father’s Day, “Amor y Amistad,” Halloween, End‑of‑Year Party, and other activities. Includes vendor quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, room bookings, event setup, calendar invitations, onsite support, and post‑event impact measurement.
