Coordinator installed sales

Play a key role at RONA by helping our customers bring their dream projects to life! Thanks to your passion for design, your project management skills and your sales expertise, you'll accompany them every step of the way, from concept to completion, while meeting your sales targets and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your role:

• Develop sales plans in order to reach annual sales and margin objectives
• Actively generate sales through qualifying potential customers, repeat customers and through referrals
• Execute project and design consultations, including store showroom tours and on occasion in home
• Produce design layouts with plans, elevations and 3D renderings, proposing products available in store or through special orders
• Provide quotes to customers, including a detailed scope of work, project timelines and financial proposal including promoting financing plans offered by RONA
