We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Coordinator in Insurance Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate production and processing of complex documents and information, including report preparation. You will maintain a basic understanding of relevant insurance legislation to support customer awareness and help strengthen established relationships. You will also contribute to meeting the Operations team's Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and overall business objectives.
