Work towards advancing the mission and values of Archway Programs.
Ensure that all necessary program resources are used to meet the needs of the individuals.
Promote and demonstrate ethical and professional conduct at all times.
Maintains established division and department policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
Guards the confidentiality of client information from both outside persons and Archway Programs employees whom do not require this information to perform their job functions
Provides culturally sensitive services that are based on knowledge of cultural diversity to accomplish quality client care.
