The Coordinator of Online Student Success is responsible for working with the Director of Online Education to develop and implement success initiatives for online students that result in improvements in completion and retention.

Primary Responsibilities:


+ Student Success

+ Collaborate with the Director of Online Education to develop and implement strategies for online student success, including degree completion, course success, student retention, student engagement, student satisfaction, and early alert identification and intervention.

+ Design and implement solutions to bridge gaps in access and resources needed for online student success.
