Position Summary: Primaris REIT is currently hiring a detail‑oriented and analytical Coordinator to support our People + Culture team across recruitment, employee lifecycle administration, benefits and pension programs, and HR systems. This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity within ADP Workforce Now and leveraging HR data to support informed, data‑driven decision‑making. The People + Culture Coordinator will provide operational support while also contributing meaningful insights through reporting, analysis, and continuous process improvement.
