Job Summary

1. Learning & Development Strategy
· Develop an annual Learning & Development (L&D) plan aligned with organizational needs, including budget forecasting and identification of funding sources.
· Conduct accurate Training Needs Assessments (TNA) in collaboration with regional HR, line managers, and employees.
· Ensure L&D interventions complement performance management outcomes, organizational strategy, and workforce planning.
