Coordinator, PH Deliveries – Mart Demand Planning

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and submit Mart promo requests (e.g., MFP/MFC forms) based on defined campaign mechanics

· Act as the primary validator for all internal stakeholder requests; ensure they meet eligibility requirements and guidelines before submission to Campaign Ops

· Manage the promo lifecycle by tracking approvals and sign-offs, ensuring that all mechanics are accurately reflected in master trackers

· Enforce SLAs for Campaign Ops by ensuring all requests provide realistic lead times and adhere to established submission best practices

· Partner with Campaign Ops, Merchant, and Ads teams to proactively resolve setup discrepancies, configuration errors, or live campaign issues

· Oversee the end-to-end tagging of all campaign promos to ensure initiatives are correctly categorized, directly supporting accurate promo cost forecasting
