Coordinator (pharmacovigilance)

Responsibilities:
Monitor the real-time performance of workflow systems to optimize resource allocation.
Track progress of tasks and jobs to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
Ensure the right work is assigned to the appropriate individuals or teams.
Work with various teams, including development and operational staff, to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Provide technical support and cross-training to team members.
Problem-solving: Ability to investigate issues and find solutions under tight deadlines.
Analytical Skills: To monitor, analyze, and identify performance improvements in workflows.
Communication: To effectively document processes and collaborate with different departments.
Project Management : To coordinate tasks, prioritize work, and keep projects on track.
Required Education: Degree in Life Sciences or higher
