Coordinator - Secondary Curriculum Support

The successful candidate

 must:demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of and understanding of personalized learning, UDL, and Assessment practices; demonstrated experience as a teacher leader/mentor; demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of, and understanding of K-7 program Curriculum; have at least 5 years teaching experience; have proven skills in teaching and supporting teachers; and, possess a BC Driver’s license and be able to travel to all communities in the district. Reporting to the Director of Instruction, Curriculum & Assessment, the candidate will be a member of the Instructional Leadership team and the primary objectives will be to: support classroom teachers in the areas of personalization and curricular design and cross-cultural understandings and assessment; work with classroom teachers in design of Project Based and Inquiry; support the primacy of the classroom environment and increase the capacity to support all learners in the classroom; develop ...
