Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating development projects and daily activities
Support communication between internal departments and external parties
Prepare and update basic reports, presentations, and project documents
Assist in collecting information and data required for reporting
Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the subordinate from time to time
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
Good communication in English and Bahasa Melayu and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to multitasking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Stakeholder Lead
