Do you have a passion for overseeing processes in a warehouse, motivating, coaching, and guiding a team of employees?

As a Coordinator you are responsible for one or more processes within the warehouse, with the emphasis mainly on coordinating your team. You divide the work among the different employees and keep priorities in mind. You can often be found in the workplace, and you monitor progress. As a Coordinator you also ensure that work instructions are up to date, ensuring a pleasant working environment where safety, quality and efficiency are the focus points. You report your activities and findings to the Team Leader. This position is on 2 shifts and is located in Venray area.
